Cancellation Policy

Various services offered by Digitalverse Technologies, such as Pay per Click management, search engine optimization, and others, have a slightly different cancellation policy. For details and specifications regarding the cancellation policy, you are requested to refer to the service agreements pertaining to each particular category.

When requesting a cancellation, please note that it must be submitted to Digitalverse Technology’s billing and accounts department. You may send your policy via email, postal mail, or telephone. Kindly keep in mind that we will not accept or validate requests unless they are confirmed by our billing or accounts department. Upon confirmation, you will receive a confirmation number or email from the aforementioned department as proof of service cancellation.

Any cancellation must be notified about 30 days in advance.

Refunds Policy

The payment is strictly non-refundable, and partial periods are not eligible for refunds or credits. IF YOU fail to respond to any of Our requests that result in Us being unable to deliver the Services under this agreement or delay in delivering the Services, you will not be entitled to a refund for any subsequent non-delivery or late delivery of the Services, and We will not be held responsible for any such failure.

Modification

Without informing prior notice, Digitalverse Technologies has the exclusive right to modify its refund and cancellation policy.
